Principal Objective:
 

This position is responsible for working with the Global Creative Executive Director and team to provide support in the conception and execution of digital first 360 campaigns and programs. The position works closely with Global Creative, Marketing and Online teams on the development of campaigns and programs that contribute to the achievement of strategic brand objectives. The ideal candidate is an analytical and strategic thinker, inspired by beauty and art, with a keen editorial eye and excellent design skills. They will also be a strong support for building out concepts and decks, brainstorming with Art and Design Directors, animations, video editing and retouching notes on all requests.

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Under the guidance of the program lead, execute concept and design of large scale 360 campaign creative deliverables including digital, social, video and print assets
  • Designing new features for our digital flagship with best practices in mind
  • Help design, evolve and execute on innovative creative in the social and digital
  • Work in partnership with Global Creative team members including Copy, Visual Merchandising, Packaging, Content Production and Creative Operations to ensure a seamless 360 creative point of view for all creative assets
  • Act as a creative conduit across Global Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams to understand and execute on Creative briefs, asking thoughtful questions and delivering design solutions that meet the needs of the client consumer across several markets
  • Understand the Digital / Social / E-comm competitive arena and bring new ideas to the table based on competitive review of the digital marketplace or social trends
  • Ensure that all creative reinforces brand's prestige position and uphold its equity

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-6 years of experience in a fast paced digital environment, ideally within a luxury vertical
  • Strong graphic design background including concept development and art direction
  • Problem solver and team player, bringing a solutions-first approach to their work
  • Demonstrated expertise designing for the following: digital campaigns across web & mobile, online / mobile banner creative, social media, product launches and a great working knowledge of e-commerce
  • Ability to composite imagery and assets into various mediums, aspect ratios
  • Incredible attention to detail and quality assurance of digital assets
  • Innovative-willingness to experiment with new concepts and approaches
  • Problem solver and team player, bringing a solutions-first approach to their work
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment, overseeing multiple projects at any given time
  • Deep attention to detail and understanding of complex digital asset requests 
  • Strong communication skills and adapts well within a cross-functional environment
  • Video editing and animation experience
  • BA / BS / BFA degree required
