TDA is partnered with a SAAS Start-up that has created a search engine for company discovery, providing a single source of truth to find small to middle-market private companies. They are developing cutting-edge search technology leveraging NLP and ML to automate the B2B research process on millions of small and medium businesses in the U.S.

 

They are looking for an experienced Senior backend Engineer with a strong engineering skillset, with extensive experience developing with search technologies. Someone excited about building a cutting-edge private company search engine. With strong engineering know-how, great system designs and product vision, you will push their search technology forward and drive even more value for our enterprise users.

 

About the role:

  • You will drive the technical design and implementation of our search and data processing infrastructure
  • You will contribute by building an excellent team culture and setting up engineering tenets
  • You will experiment with end-to-end improvements from new search interfaces to data storage designs

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing with search technologies, developing large-scale data pipelines and scalable infrastructure
  • Experience with Python, Flask, Postgres, NoSQL, AWS
  • Experience architecting search products and managing search infrastructure
  • Has experience with building responsive web apps, and mobile development
