Product Talent

We are looking for a Head of Product to be the first product hire for hugely meaningful Healthtech start-up who have such a important mission.

Working with a truly infectious CEO, you'll join the founding team, building 0-1 an amazing B2C product that will help save lives and solve an immense problem.

Comp base plus equity

Location: remote

Role:

• You'll build a product and product org from the ground up
• Take an idea/discovery phase to build out an MVP and scale it beyond
• Build a truly meaningful product enabling behavioural change, focused on patient engagement

To thrive in this role, you'll have:

• 10 years Product Management experience.
• Start-up experience: being able to work in an ambiguous environment as the founding Product Manager.
• At least 3-5yrs + demonstrable healthcare experience, ideally strong knowledge of health systems.
• Behavioural change experience: being able to build patent facing products that incorporate behavioural change.
• Demonstrable 0-1 experience
• Strong proponent of patient centred design
