Well, you’ll be responsible for attracting suitable candidates for job roles within our client companies, generating new business, and delivering a high-quality experience. Of course, meeting revenue targets as agreed is also important.

Contract Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities.

You’ll need to develop a process to attract and assess contract applicants, match them with suitable job vacancies, and ensure all compliance documents are in order. You’ll also help candidates prepare for interviews, schedule interviews with clients, and manage the advertisement of vacancies. Sounds pretty exciting, right?

In addition to all that, you’ll also be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and potential clients, turning prospects into clients, and negotiating commercial terms. You’ll need to keep up-to-date with the latest contractor regulations and use social media to establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry. Plus, you’ll be a superuser of TDA Creative technology and the Bullhorn database, providing feedback to candidates and clients in a professional manner. And let’s not forget, you’ll also establish a clear aftercare process for contractors once they’re placed.

How to be Successful in the Role.

You’ll need some pretty awesome skills. We’re talking about strong sales skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You’ll need to be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, while communicating effectively through both written and verbal means. Being an excellent listener, able to ask the right questions and influence others, is crucial. You’ll also need to be highly skilled in negotiation, driven and ambitious, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
