Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities.
Your role involves generating fees in line with agreed targets, becoming a specialist in your niche vertical, building a personal brand and reputation with clients and candidates, and developing a process to generate a sufficient pool of candidates for placement.
You will be responsible for interviewing and assessing prospective applicants, matching them with client vacancies, and screening candidates to draw up shortlists for clients to interview. It is essential to ensure that you have all compliance documents stored on Bullhorn and to manage or plan for the advertisement of vacancies.
Your duties also include developing long-term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences, and developing a pipeline of potential clients who could become clients of TDA Creative. You must become a thought leader by attending events and using social media as a platform, provide feedback in a professional manner to candidates and clients, and become a superuser of all TDA Creative technology and Bullhorn database.
How to be Successful in the Role.
The success of the role is measured by the number of placements made, the acquisition of new clients, the generation of fees in line with targets, and the ability to secure higher margins. Ratios such as CVs to interviews and interviews to placements are also important indicators of success. Client and candidate feedback, the retention of clients, and the strength of relationships with clients are also key factors in determining the success of the role.
